  • No. A private fence and shed separate the two properties completely — different yards, different entrances. The only thing shared is the woodshed.

  • It's a camp-style toilet — fully functional, but not a standard home bathroom. The hot water tank is small, so quick showers work best. We tell you this upfront because it matters to the right expectations, not because it's a problem.

  • The fenced backyard is set up for hanging out. There’s a grill, fire pit, outdoor dining table, hammock, and lawn games, plus an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Just bring your own propane for the grill and firewood for the fire pit.

  • Very. The beach is about a 2-minute walk or 1-minute drive from the house. You’re also close to restaurants, bars, and other Ocean City spots, so you can spend the day at the beach and still easily come back to the house for dinner and drinks.
